1. Agreement to these Terms

By using the Service, creating an account, starting a checkout, or accessing any free or paid feature, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase a subscription.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws relating to betting, gambling, online payments, and digital services. Using NINZO does not make any activity lawful where it is restricted or prohibited.

If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly and seek help if it stops being fun. NINZO does not encourage gambling and is not a substitute for professional advice.

4. Informational and entertainment service only

NINZO provides sports information, statistics, AI-generated insights, probabilities, confidence levels, and predicted scores for informational and entertainment purposes only.

NINZO is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, tipster service, financial adviser, or investment adviser. We do not accept or place wagers, we do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not promise winnings or profit.

Predictions and AI outputs are estimates generated by statistical models. Past performance, accuracy figures, probabilities, and confidence levels do not guarantee future results. Any decision you make based on the Service — including any betting, fantasy, or financial decision — is made solely at your own risk.

5. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We may require email verification and use bot-protection measures to keep the Service secure.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

NINZO offers a free tier and paid plans (such as Pro and Elite). Paid plans unlock additional features as described on our pricing page, which may change over time.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (which may include card and cryptocurrency processors). By subscribing, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable fees and you agree to the providers’ terms.

Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues until the end of the current period.

Prices, plan features, and billing periods may change. Where required, we will give you reasonable notice of changes that affect an active subscription. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Partner program

If you join the NINZO partner (affiliate) program, additional rules apply. Participation requires approval, and commissions are paid only on genuine, completed subscription payments from referred users.

We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions and suspend or remove a partner for fraud, self-referrals, fake or incentivized traffic, abuse, chargebacks, or any breach of these Terms. We may change commission rates, tiers, and payout rules with reasonable notice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, or bypass any access controls or rate limits;
• abuse free limits, create accounts by automated means, or gain unauthorized access;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our analysis, data, design, software, or content without our written permission; or
• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

9. Intellectual property

NINZO and its software, interface, branding, design, generated reports, and other content are owned by NINZO or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, lawful use.

10. User content and feedback

If you submit messages, support requests, searches, or other content, you grant us the rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the Service. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on third parties for hosting, email delivery, content delivery and security, sports and odds data, news, AI processing, authentication, and payments. These may change over time.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, sportsbooks, data providers, or services we do not control. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

12. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every match, league, sport, country, or device.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

We do not warrant that predictions, probabilities, AI outputs, data, or analysis will be correct, profitable, complete, timely, or suitable for your goals.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINZO and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, betting or gambling losses, data loss, or service interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NINZO harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for NINZO or other users, abused payments or chargebacks, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of NINZO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page or provide other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
