Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information NINZO (ninzo.ai) collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, AI sports analysis, predictions, accounts, subscriptions, partner program, and related services.

1. Who we are

NINZO (“NINZO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates ninzo.ai and is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the Service, and information from third parties that help us operate NINZO:

  • Account and profile information — such as your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile image, email-verification status, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier.
  • Subscription and billing information — such as your plan, subscription status, billing period, and payment metadata. Full card numbers and cryptocurrency wallet details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by NINZO.
  • Usage and device information — such as matches and teams you view or search, favorites, pages and features used, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, language, timestamps, and similar diagnostics.
  • Partner program information — such as your application details, referral code, and referral activity (clicks are counted using a hashed, non-identifying value rather than storing raw IP addresses).
  • Communications — such as messages you send us for support and related correspondence.
  • Technical and security information — such as logs, error reports, and signals used to detect fraud and abuse.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide and operate the Service, including analysis, predictions, accounts, subscriptions, checkout, and the partner program;
  • personalize content, measure feature performance, and improve the Service;
  • generate and improve AI outputs and match analysis;
  • communicate with you about your account, support, payments, security, and policy or product updates;
  • prevent fraud and abuse and keep the Service secure; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure, measure, and improve the Service); your consent (for example, certain cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Service providers we use

We use trusted third-party providers that process information on our behalf to run the Service. They include categories such as:

  • cloud hosting and infrastructure;
  • content delivery, DNS, and bot/abuse protection (e.g. Cloudflare, including its Turnstile challenge);
  • transactional email delivery (e.g. Resend);
  • sports, odds, and statistics data providers (e.g. API-Sports) and news sources;
  • AI model providers used to generate analysis and predictions;
  • authentication (e.g. Google sign-in); and
  • payment processing (card and/or cryptocurrency processors).

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and our instructions.

6. AI processing

To generate analysis and predictions, we may send match context (such as selected teams, fixtures, and related public data) to AI model providers. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the Service. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as guaranteed facts or advice.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, attribute partner referrals, protect the Service, and measure usage. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to manage them.

8. How we share information

We share information with the service providers described above as needed to run NINZO. We may also share information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and keep the Service secure. Retention periods vary by the type of information.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including hashing of passwords and encryption in transit. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your credentials safe and contact us if you suspect a problem.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can update your profile or delete your account from your account settings, or contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

12. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

13. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page or provide other reasonable notice.

15. Contact us
