Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for NINZO subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and billing

NINZO offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers (which may include card and cryptocurrency processors).

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.

3. Refund eligibility

NINZO is a digital service that provides immediate access to AI analysis and predictions. To the extent permitted by law, payments are final and non-refundable, including for unused time, match outcomes, betting or gambling losses, or dissatisfaction with a prediction.

We may, at our discretion or where required by law, provide a refund in cases such as:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge;
  • a verified technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing paid features and that we could not resolve; or
  • where a mandatory consumer-protection or withdrawal right applies to you.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal or “cooling-off” period, those rights still apply. Note that where you request immediate access to a digital service, the withdrawal right may end once access begins, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Cryptocurrency payments

Where you pay with cryptocurrency, refunds (if granted) are normally issued in the same cryptocurrency, valued at the time of the refund, and may differ from the amount you originally paid due to exchange-rate movements. Blockchain network fees are non-refundable.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to suspension or termination of your account. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be contested.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your order or payment details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
